It was many months in the making, but I finally got the chance to hang out with the Coryells and photograph their awesome family. Their little guy is so much fun and is pretty much always smiling anytime I see him, so it was fun to explore catching some of his expressions and moments with his mom & dad. You couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day. Elise & Jon are both such caring and creative people, and every inch of their celebration had their mark on it. From the lovely ceremony to the incredible dance party that capped the night and all the little details inbetween, it was such a wonderful day to get to document and share with everyone in their joy. Elise and Jon were part of the community we built back during our Boston days, and it was such a privilege to get to spend a little bit of time back with those wonderful folks.

What a wonderful way to begin a new chapter in Give & Take: Pittsburgh.
We’ve officially settled into our new world here, but it’s amazing to get to meet the fantastic people who live here.
This past weekend I got the privilege of joining the Perry’s in their home to document the simple moments of life together. More and more I find these kinds of moments, the small interactions, conversations, and building blocks of our lives, are way more valuable than those big, momentous ones. Getting to join the Perry’s was such a pleasure, and their family has so much spunk and joy and love for one another.
Looking forward to helping document more moments like these around Pittsburgh in the months and years to come.
Our trip back to Boston was incredible in so many ways - but it was highlighted by the glorious wedding of two of the most thoughtful, caring and gentle people I know. Olivia & Peter have been dear friends for a long time, and my wife and I have been fortunate enough to get to walk alongside of them during the early phases of their relationship. Getting to be there to document and celebrate with them was a huge blessing - and so many of our amazing friends were also a part of the joyous day. It couldn't have been a sweeter time of celebration and thanksgiving.

The Roges are the dearest of friends. Some people when you meet them you know they are just of the highest kind of human and you just want them in your life as much as possible. This is the Roges. Genuine, intelligent, present, gracious, hilarious, joyful. I'm grateful to have them as friends and for the opportunity to photograph their beautiful family.
Unique. Beautiful. Intimate. Amanda and Jacob had an incredible day with a simple and heartfelt ceremony at Horn Pond in Woburn followed up by a party-bus ride into Davis Square during the heart of Honk Fest to have a wonderful dinner at Rosebud American Kitchen & Bar. Amanda and Jacob were so intentional about the day and went above and beyond to make everyone - myself included - feel like such a special part of the day.
